    Q
    Are the luggage liners durable?
I have several reviews of luggage liners on Amazon.com, and most break after the first use (the zippers come off, the liners tear easily, etc.). Are your inner and outer liners durable? Can you cite any specific ways in which the liners can be expected to last longer?
    A
The luggage liners that we carry were chosen because the manufacturer provides a lifetime warranty on all purchases against any manufacturers defects.  We have sold this brand for awhile now and many of our employees use them as well, with no issues to date.

    Q
Why wash only in cold water?
All the reports say to wash items in hot water to make sure and be rid of bed bugs. You say to wash these liners in cold water so how do you know any bed bugs will be killed if they are on these luggage liners?
    A
The Bed Bug Proof Luggage Liner is washed in cold water and dried at low heat so that it does not damage the bag. These are instructions per the manufacturer.
