It works, but not on contact

I primarily use Bifen for fire ants on 12 acres. I cannot broadcast the product due to my nearby stocked pond and animals. I spray a stream in to a mound which makes a 3/4" hole so the Bifen gets down and kills the queen and leaves a marker for me. As the ants pour out of the hole I spray the top of the mound. It take some time for the Bifen to kill the ants so I make sure the mound is completely sprayed as I want all the ants to make contact and die. I've sprayed over 200 small to large mounds (10 gal.@.9 per gal.) and the ants are all dead. I'll continue with this method until I don't find any more mounds. I'm hoping to be fire ant free this year.

I purchased a quart of Bifen XTS and sprayed my yard in early October as the label recommends. It is now April 20 and we are starting to get some bugs back. We live in Alabama and have a ton of bees, wasp, spiders, scorpions, fleas, skeeters, etc... Dog's on Nexguard, Cat on Revolution, yard on Bifen done!!!

So far......so good

The ordering process was easy and the product was delivered on time. Used for the first time last night (6/5) around the perimeter of my pole shed to control a carpenter ant infestation. This morning I have dead carpenter ants everywhere with no signs of insect life. I'm impressed with the initial results. Spraying the rest of my property tonight in an effort to reduce the mosquito population. I have complete confidence this stuff will do the job.

I use this product for fire ant treatment on our turf grass. I use two applications per year, one in the early spring & one in the early fall. Only have to spot treat a few fire ant hills during the year. Relatively economic fire ant control.

I use this to get rid of fire ants and any other insects that's around. Believe me this stuff takes care of insects like never before. Everyone knows that your are not going to get rid of fire ants forever, but this product will get rid of them for a long while, if you use it right.

First I thought, now I got the solution ???? no more fire ants in my yard........ well as I start treating these little evils ,the only thing happened that they moved just a bit away from the spot I sprayed.... Nothing can kill these Florida Fire Ants

Chemical - great. Well established this stuff works! Marketing ploy about price is misleading and improper. DoMyOwn is negligent and uses a misleading title/practice to sell this product. Why don't they make it EASY to see cost per ounce/concentration of the product instead of making me do the math? A Lot easier to compare prices if they would do this.

I spray a three foot perimeter in the lawn as well as three feet of the exterior walls and we have never had a problem since with bi-monthly applications. I have not used mine yet. But my neighbor two houses down reccomended this because he uses it on his yard. His yard is ant mound free. Not one mound. Therefore, Bifen really works. He purchased his locally for twice the amount offered here. I purchased it here and received twice the amount he pays for it and half the price from what he paid for his. Hey, great bargain and deal here. Looking at his yard I know I have the right stuff.

I bought a quart of Bifen XTS to try to get rid of many caterpillars that infest my yard in the spring. Since I could not reach them before they matured and came down from their nests, I sprayed Bifen at the base of all the trees and the surrounding area. The next day just about all of them were dead and I don't see any more. This stuff really works and you don't need that much of it. I highly recommend it.

Great stuff

I recently moved into a new home, and we HAD lots of spiders outside and some inside. I'd heard of this stuff from a friend, said it killed everything. I got it and put it down and zero bugs moving for weeks. Even kept mosquitoes away for awhile. No need for an exterminator, with this concentration I got product for months. I will always kept this stuff.

Bifin XTS killed everything in my yard except me. Work almost instantly on most bugs. I sprayed a wasp nest with 4 or 5 on it. It didn't kill them immediately but they didn't fly off the nest to get me. The next day all the larvae fell out of the nest and the wasps never returned. It has been about 2 weeks and I am going to spray the whole yard and around the house again. I will definitely order more when the time comes. The price is reasonable and the shipping is super fast.

Good mixability, I was primarily going after mosquitos and it worked very well. I used 1oz/gal and that seemed like a good rate. Some light agitation before you spray will help distribute the active ingredient in the water.
