So far so good. Seems to have dried fully and I assume the lingering bleach smell is from the Mold-Care part of the solution. Was easy to mix and 1 gallon covered the entire inside of my unfinished garage.

I'm building a house and my husband used this in the wet areas of the house (laundry, bathroom, etc) after the framers put the roof plywood on, so it would be dry inside. What we didn't know, was that if you spray this, and then someone comes in to stain your concrete, the stain will not take where this was sprayed!? Even weeks apart, it will not take. Now I have to shell out even more money for flooring than what I was originally planning.

So far haven't used the product yet but hope to use it soon. Disappointed that the packaging was insufficient and some of my product was wasted in the shipping box. There was two pieces of air bubble cushion in the whole box this was unexceptional a waste. Product is very costly to have it all over the shipping box.
