Can I blow Drione dust under the tub and is it effective for springtails and silverfish?

I am in NY state.

Drione Dust can be used in cracks and crevices, wall voids, etc. around the tub and bathroom.  It will kill silverfish, springtails, and other insects that contact the treated area.
