Can I Fertilome Triple Action with 70% Neem Oil this to kill spider mites on Brugmansia (Angel's Trumpets)?

Fertilome Triple Action with 70% Neem Oil  can be applied to Angels Tumpets for mites. Mix ferti-lome Triple Action at the rate of 2 tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) per gallon of water.
