Can Fusilade II Herbicide be applied in August in the morning if temperatures are below 90?

Fusilade II Herbicide should not be applied in temperatures above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. It can be applied in the early morning or late evening when temperatures are not as high. It is not recommended that you apply in the heat of the day.
