Can I get a replacement part for the Allied Precision Bird Bath Water Wiggler?

The wiggler disappeared one night. I found the unit upside down in the birdbath with no wiggler anywhere to be seen. I think a skunk or other critter thought it was a bug and popped it off. The unit is relatively new, so I hate to replace the whole thing.
