Pablo from Miami writes

Can Harmonix Insect Spray be used with fruit bearing trees such as mangoes?

I have fruit bearing mangoes, sugar apples and avocados. Can I use this in my lawn to get rid of fleas and ticks?

Answer:

Harmonix Insect Spray is labeled for fleas and ticks to be sprayed in the lawn but it is not labeled for edibles. We would recommend that you not spray the trees. If you are looking for a flea/tick solution, we would recommend using the Outdoor/Indoor Flea Kit. You would mix 0.5 to 1.0 fl. oz. of Onslaught and 1.0 fl. oz. of Martin's IGR (insect growth regulator) with a gallon of water and spray the lawn. If the problem still persists, 14 days later you would spray 0.5 fl. oz. to 1.0 fl. oz. of Onslaught mixed with a gallon of water across the lawn. If you have any additional questions, please let us know.
