Can Sevendust be applied to the leaves, soil, or both?

1. Where to apply for effectiveness. The leaves get dusted? The ground gets applicated? 2. I have potted orchids and have seen moths flying out of the pots, can I apply Sevin Dust to them?

Seven Dust may be applied to leaves, foliage, as well as the ground for labeled insect control. Be sure to read the product label for complete use instructions.
