Fertilome Tree and Shrub Systemic Insect Drench is labeled to be used on trees and shrubs, but not rose bushes. We would recommend using Bonide's Rose RX Systemic Drench which protects entire plants, including new growth, against insects and diseases. Per label, mix at 1 - 2 oz per gallon of water.
