Yes, Fertilome Triple Action with 70% Neem Oil can be sprayed in the summer time. This product should not be used with cold water (less than 45 degrees F). As a general rule, products should not be used in extreme temperatures (more than 90 degrees or less than 35 degrees).  Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
