Can this oil be used in a Burgess fogger to spray on legal medical cannabis plants?

I don't want to get sick if I spray this on my cannabis plants.

The Fertilome Triple Action Plus II with 70% Neem Oil is not labeled to be used in a fogger.  Could you tell us what you trying to treat for and we can make a recommendation of a product you can use?
