Can I use Phantom II Aerosol Spray during the winter seasons with the heater on?

My apartment has been suffering from a major ant infestation, a mix of black and brown ants invading my kitchen and dining table area and I was wondering if I could spray this around the cracks and crevices around house during the winter seasons where the heater gets turn on occasionally? Can it only be used in cracks and crevices? Is it safe to be spray in bedrooms and restrooms?

Phantom II Aerosol Spray can be used anytime inside.  It is applied to cracks and crevices only around the rooms only and is safe in all rooms when used as directed.
