Tom from Omaha, Ne writes

Can I use Termidor on some old tree stumps that have termites in them?

The old stumps are approximately 25 yards or so from the house. Some of them have termites in them. Can I use Termidor on the stumps and expect it to wipe out the colonies? The house has been inspected and is termite free at the present time.

Answer:

Termidor SC is not labeled to be used out in the yard. We would recommend to use Dominion 2L which can be applied to and around the stump. Be sure to treat around your home as well to prevent. Check out our Termite Guide for all the up to date tips on Termite prevention and control.
