Can i use the Chapin Wet / Dry Hose-End Sprayer #6005 with Cyonara 9.7?

I have the full instruction book for the cyonara but it doesn't refer to using a hose end sprayer or how much to use on what setting?

Chapin Wet / Dry Hose-End Sprayer #6005 can  be used to apply Cyonara. You would adjust the setting to 1oz Cyonara per gallon water.
