Can you over apply SedgeHammer Herbicide?

I've spent years trying to get rid of yellow nutsedge. Every time I apply sedgehammer it will kill it but it comes back in a month or two even stronger with more growth. If I apply it to my whole lawn every few weeks even as it is dying will this help? My infestation is so bad I don't think I'm getting all of it. I don't really care if it browns the Bermuda grass, the grass is hardly and can't be killed. Also, does making a stronger dilution such as two pack per gallon anymore or less effective?

Answer:

It is recommended that you only use 1 packet of Sedgehammer Herbicide in a gallon of water per 1000 square feet. If you are treating more area, you can use more product. This product can be reapplied every 30 days as needed. If you are not seeing the results expected, another good option is Dismiss Herbicide. This product is safe for use in bermudagrass and will eliminate nutsedge.
