    Great customer service

    Product is exactly what I ordered. My review is more about the outstanding customer service that I received. I ordered the Chapin handle which never arrived even though it said it was delivered. I contacted customer support and they investigated and soon after they shipped out a second handle. It is hard to find companies that give this kind of customer service, so 5 stars all the way.

    excellent construction the viton seals mean long life the latch to hold in the open position well designed no having the handle stuck in the open position when done

    Good Product

    Sprayer works like new again, can't ask for more than that. The sprayer is at least 15 years old and not used a lot so I hadn't realized how bad the old shut-off was getting. Definitely worthwhile.

is 6-8138 shut off a direct replacement for model 6400 3 gallon chapin sprayer?

The shut off valve part 6-8138 will not work for the model sprayer you mentioned. For the Model 6400 3 gallon poly cart sprayer, you would neet shut off valve 6-2000. We do not currently have this item on our site but we have no problem getting it for you. Please let us know if you would like to order it and we can let you know the price and shipping time.

Will the Chapin 6-8138 shut off valve work with the Chapin model 62000 sprayer?

The Chapin 6-8138 Premium Sprayer Shut-Off Handle technically could be used on the Chapin 62000, but the standard replacement valve is actually the Chapin Shut-off Assembly - Poly With Gauge (6-8175).

What are the inlet and outlet thread sizes on the Chapin 6-8138 Premium Sprayer Shut-Off Handle?

I need 11/16" outlet, and just need to know what the inlet is.

We apologize but we cannot provide the inlet/outlet size of the thread on the Chapin 6-8138 Premium Shut Off Handle as this is proprietary information which the manufacturer cannot provide to us. Their parts are meant to only fit with Chapin units and not other brands.

Will the 6-8138 handle work with model 61804? And does this handle require purchase of pressure gauge?

I have purchased 6-8175 2xs as a replacement because the gauge always fills with liquid and then leaks out back through the small screws on rear. I am looking for a shutoff handle that will fit 61804 that does not require a gauge.
