Chrysanthemums (and the pyrethrins they produce) are toxic to cats

Disappointed and surprised your website doesn't state this, or at least clarify that their is a risk for cats when using any pyrethrin.

Answer:

According to the product label for Petcor Flea Spray, it does say that some cats may be sensitive to products containing pyrethrins. Excessive salvation and ear and paw flicking may occur; however, these effects are temporary and not harmful. May cause dermal sensitization (skin allergy). If there are concerns about using certain products, we would recommend reading the product label in full and/or contacting a veterinarian.
