Bayer Advanced Fruit, Citrus and Vegetable Insect Control is not labeled for coddling moths/maggots on apple trees. Captain Jacks Dead bug is. You would use 2 fl oz Captain Jacks Deadbug Brew Concentrate per gallon water. Please see page 4 of the product label.
