MotherEarth D - Diatomaceous Earth is not labeled to treat of Noseeums. Talstar P is good general insecticide that is labeled for Noseeums. You will spray along the baseboards and cracks and crevice in the area affected inside the home, this will last 90 days. You will want to treat outdoors as well as a perimeter spray. Treat around the window seals, doors, etc. in places where they could possibly come in. This wil last 30 days outdoors.
