Tempo SC Ultra will kill adult roaches. It sounds like you need to use an Insect Growth Regulator to break down that life cycle. We recommend using a Gentrol product like Gentrol IGR Concentrate or Gentrol Point Source. Both will stop pest larvae from progressing to the pupal stage of development, so the larvae die before they become breeding adults and prevents future infestations.
