    Q
Do you sell anything that will kill the trumpet vines that are coming up in my garden from my neighbors yard?
    A
Our Fertilome Cut Vine & Stump Killer would kill any vines that are currently there however, you will need to cut them back as low to the ground as you can and then apply the product directly to the cut surface. Painting or lightly spraying directly to the vine is the best treatment to keep the product from killing surrounding vegetation. This is only for use in non-crop areas so if the vine is coming into your edible vegetation we would need to look in a different direction. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    A
Ferti-lome Cut Vine & Stump Killer RTU uses the active ingredient Triclopyr. Triclopyr is used primary to control broadleaf, woody, and herbaceous weeds while leaving grasses and conifers unharmed.   A chemical with this ability to kill certain undesirable plants without harming those around it is called a selective herbicide. Triclopyr is not harmful to the environment if it is used as per the label instructions. For an organic way to treat the stump, please contact the Master Gardener in your county for methods that have been proven to work in your area.
