    Is Fertilome Horticultural Oil Spray RTS pet safe?
    A
    Yes, Fertilome Horticultural Oil is pet safe as long as you keep them out of the areas being treating both while you are spraying, and until all treated surfaces have completely dried.

    WHAT IS THE MIXING RATE PER GALLON OF WATER ?
    A
    Ferti-Lome Horticultural Oil Spray RTS should be applied at 2.5-5 TBSP per gallon of water per the product label but it comes in a convenient RTS (ready to spray) bottle - just hook up the hose and spray!

    Per the SDSFerti-Lome Horticultural Oil Spray RTS has an ammonia odor.

    Is it ok to use Ferti-Lome Horticultural Oil Spray RTS when temps are in the 85-95 degree range?
    A

    Per manufacturer instructions, do not spray Ferti-Lome Horticultural Oil Spray RTS when it is 90 degrees or hotter. We recommend that you use this early in the mornings or later in the evenings when its cool to avoid burning your plants.

    Is Ferti-Lome Horticultural Oil Spray RTS harmful to bees and butterflies?
    A

    Ferti-Lome Horticultural Oil Spray RTS will not harm bees or butterflies as long you do not spray when they are foraging, we recommend your spraying early morning or late in the evening.   It could harm them if they contact a treated area while wet.
