Q. WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT FOR
A. This is especially formulated to help put your Lawns, Trees, Shrubs, Ornamentals and Evergreens in proper condition to withstand the hazards of a cold Winter, because it helps on the hardening of late growth and helps build root systems. Root growth goes on through the Fall and Winter. Recommended for Fall and Winter uses.
Q. HOW DO YOU USE IT
A. ESTABLISHED LAWNS: Apply Ferti-Lome Winterizer for Established Lawns 25-0-6 using spreader settings on label and packaging. Water thoroughly after application.
TREES:
It is very important to fertilize your Trees. Well-fed Trees not only grow faster and develop into better Shade Trees, but well-fed Trees normally are not damaged as extensively by Tree Borers and other Insects as poorly fed Trees. Fertilize your Trees by applying 1 lb. of Ferti-Lome Winterizer for Established Lawns 25-0-6 for each inch of trunk diameter. Apply to ground out under the widest spread of branches. Water thoroughly.
SHRUBS, ORNAMENTALS, EVERGREENS:
Apply Ferti-Lome Winterizer for Established Lawns 25-0-6 by sprinkling a light coating on ground out under the widest spread of branches at the rate of 1 cup to 3 ft. plant; larger or smaller plants in proportion.
ROSES, AZALEAS, CAMELLIAS AND GARDENIAS:
Ferti-Lome Winterizer for Established Lawns 25-0-6 can be used for the Fall feeding of Roses, Azaleas, Camellias and Gardenias by following the directions listed above for Shrubs. Water well.
CAUTION: DO NOT OVER APPLY NEAR SHRUBS AND TREE TRUNKS.
