This is not about the efficacy of that specific detector, but about the quality of service that I received. Not being in the bed-bug business myself, I just wanted to order an extra detector like the one installed in our home by the heat treatment co. Having ordered the FMC Verifi Bed Bug Detector with a couple of extra lures, I could not use it because the "Lure Activation Tool" was not initially shipped. Upon contacting DoMyOwnPestControl.com customer service and insisting over the phone that this Lure Activation Tool is essential for starting using the product and that it is listed as required tool in the included instructions, the Tool was shipped to me for free. Now I can use the product. Thanks guys.
