Fruit Tree and Plant Guard Concentrate is formulated to control both listed diseases and listed insects on nuts, fruits, and ornamental trees, shrubs, and flowers. This product is an all in one, containing miticide, fungicide, insecticide, scalicide, and aphicide. This is a perfect product for home orchards to protect your Nectarines, Peaches, Pears, Almonds, Apples, Apricots, Walnuts, and many more from diseases and insects.  This spray can control and suppress the toughest diseases such as apple scab, powdery mildew, flyspeck and more as well as insects such as aphids, plum curculio, Japanese beetles, leafhopper, and more. This solution is a water based combination making it an economical and versatile choice for insect and disease control for your plants and trees. It can suppress, treat and control not only a comprehensive and full listing of fruits but also nuts, ornamentals, shrubs, and flowers.

Details

MIXING AND APPLICATION:

  1. Using a clean sprayer, measure and mix 2 fluid ounces per gallon of water.
  2. Do not use kitchen utensils such as measuring spoons and cups for food purposes after they have been used with pesticides.
  3. Spray as directed - complete coverage is important.
  4. Flush sprayer with clean water after use and apply rinsate to the treatment area.
  5. Carefully follow all label directions and any limitations of use, such as the amount of spray to apply of PHI (pre-harvest interval) for particular edible crops.

Will Fruit Tree and Plant Guard Concentrate work on newly planted grape fruit trees?

Unfortunately, Fruit Tree and Plant Guard Concentrate is not labeled for grapes. You do not state what you are treating for, but we would most likely would recommend a product such as Bonide Fruit Tree Spray which would treat the same things as the product you are currently asking about.
