Per the product label:
Drill 1 or more holes into areas of suspected termite or ant activity. It may be necessary to drill several holes around the circumference of the stump or utility pole, to properly treat the nest or gallery system. When treating below slabs, drill 1 or more holes through the slab where termites or carpenter ants are active, or suspected, and inject this product. For fences, treat exposed surfaces with this product where termites or ants are active (IMPORTANT: the foam must dissipate or excess foam must be removed before the applicator leaves the area) and/or drill wooden members where termites or ants are active, or suspected, and apply this product
If you have Subterreanean Termites, you may treat the active colony directly with a termiticide foam such as Fuse Foam that is a combination of the best active ingredients for termite control (Fipronil & Imidacloprid). In addition to spot treating inside the wall void where the active colony is, we recommend doing a perimeter trench treatment with Taurus SC around the exterior of the home. Though fumigation kills all termites inside the house, the droppings will still be inside the termite galleries or tunnels inside the wood. Through constant movement of the house, for example, doors closing hard, natural movements, and the gravitational pull, you will still see termite droppings occasionally so this may be the case and not a reinfestation.

While Termidor Foam contains fipronil as the active ingredient, Fuse Foam has both fipronil and imidacloprid, so you get two active ingredients. We would recommend to not destroy the tube completely. You can always pull a piece of the tunnel away and if it is still an active termite tunnel, they will rebuild/repair the pulled away part. Per the label, Fuse Foam Ready-to-Use Termiticde Insecticide can be used in areas where termites are known or suspected. Apply Fuse Foam to termite galleries, channels, damaged wood, harborages between structural elements or within construction voids. Indoor termiticide treatment locations may include areas associated with unexposed wooden elements inside wall voids, in and around bath traps, shower voids, pipe chases, utility penetrations and other probable sites of termite entry or harborage. So Fuse Foam will be appropriate if you're making an application to an area where you suspect/know of termite activity.
Because concrete is a porous surface, an application of Taurus SC may be better, per the label: Bath traps: Treat exposed soil or soil covered with tar or similar sealants beneath or around plumbing and/or drain pipe entry areas with a minimum of 1 gallon but not more than 4 gallons of finished dilution per square foot. It may be necessary to remove tar or sealant to ensure adequate soil penetration. Install an access door or inspection portal if one is not already present. After inspection and removal of all wood or cellulose debris, treat the soil by rodding or drenching with the finished dilution of Taurus SC.

Fuse Foam Ready-to-Use Termiticide Insecticide can be used more than once and has a shelf life of about 1-2 years when stored in a cool dry place. Keep in mind that this product is an insecticide with a foaming agent, so it will dry clear. It does NOT fill gaps or dry as a hard substance.
