How can i tell if Bora-Care has been applied to my crawlspace?

I am purchasing a house. The owners were supposed to have it treated for powder post beetles and termites. I am not sure that they have.

Answer:

Unless a dye was added to the Bora-Care at the time of application, you would not be able to tell if the wood in your crawlspace has been treated or not.
