How do I kill a large Loripedlum tree?

Bushes have turned into 30' trees, roots have invaded neighbors foundation cracking foundation

Answer:

In order to kill a tree that size, you would get the best results cutting the tree down to a stump and treating the fresh cut stump directly with a non-selective glyphosate product like Roundup QuikPRO or a stump killer like Fertilome Brush Killer and Stump Killer.  It can take several applications to achieve the desired results. Keep in mind that herbicides are not a substitute for stump removal.
