How many ounces of Martins Viper Insecticide Concentrate do I mix in a gallon of water?

I bought a 4 oz bottle and lost the instructions.

You will mix 1 2 - 1 oz. of Martins Viper Insecticide Concentrate per gallon of water per 1-2 gallons of water. Please refer to the product label for complete instructions.
