How much Drexel Imitator Plus would I need to mix to kill freshly mowed bamboo that is starting to grow?

I got some small Stems growing in my back yard from the neighbor yard. And I read and if mowed it to the grow and spray some of this or roundup on it that it will kill that specific one.
