Is B&G Tip Cap - Part 1325 TC-52 / TC-160 the nut that will connect the extension to the wand?

and is it even possible to replaced? and is it even possible to be replaced? or does the whole extension need to be replaced?

Answer:

The B&G Tip Cap - Part 1325 TC-52 / TC-160 is actually for the Ban-Drip valve only on Sprayer N64-CC and N114-CC, rather than the extenda-ban valve sprayers. The TC-52  holds the tip assembly onto the extension wand. You can view exploded views and part listings for these assemblies in the sprayer guide here. All B&G Sprayer parts are replaceable.
