Fertilome Tree and Shrub Systemic Insect Drench is going to provide insect control but not disease control. We do carry Fertilome Liquid Systemic Fungicide II,which is labeled to control scab on non-fruiting crabapple trees. It is applied at 1/2 TBSP (1/4 fl oz) per gallon of water and applied every 14 days when buds begin to break open. Please refer to the product label for complete application instructions.
