No, the labeling on Happy Jack Mange Medicine does not state that the product is to be rinsed off after you apply it to your pet.  You must wear gloves and apply the medicine to the affected areas.  The product needs to have time to dry, so put your pet in a crate or kennel or in another room while the medicine dries.  Then it is ok for them to come back out.  No rinsing nessesary.
