Is the Master MFG 12 Volt Diaphragm Pump 1GPM on demand?

Meaning does it shut off at a predetermined pressure and then turn on again when the pressure drops? My present Dobbins sprayer has the on demand motor. (A pressure switch is built into the pump end of the motor.) I am looking for an exact replacement.

Yes, the Master MFG 12 Volt Diaphragm Pump 1 GPM is an on demand unit. Per the manufacturer it will shut off at 40PSI and then cut back on again once it drops back down below that once again.
