Is this product approved by the NYC Department of Health?

I know that fly strips are a violation but what about these? I have seen sticky "sticks" that were approved but not sure about this one.

We would not have that information available, you would need to contact the NYC Department of Heath directly.  We are able to ship the Catchmaster GloStik Flying Insect Traps to New York without any restrictions. There are not insecticides or other chemicals on this product.
