Is Trimec 992 Broadleaf Herbicide labeleld for oxalis, and what is the frequency of treatment?

I have tried digging, pulling and other herbicides with little success.

Yes, Trimec 992 Broadleaf Herbicide is labeled to treat for oxalis. Depending on your grass type you would use 1.1 - 1.5 fl oz per 1000 sq.ft.  generally per gallon of water as well.
