Kill established weeds and grass on hill with Purple Wintercreeper

Southern Ohio: Hill with hard soil. I have Purple Wintercreeper and some trees. Trying to kill established weeds and grass. What do you recommend as a post emergent weed & grass killer? Spray/liquids work best as dry runs off with rain.

Answer:

Fusilade II would be a great choice as it is labeled to be used on Euonymus fortunei (aka winter creeper) and it will kill grassy weeds. You will need to use Fusilade along with a non-ionic sufactant to kill the grassy weeds.
