Bought a beautiful new condo on the water in Florida. As soon as the summer came so did THEY. Researched what to buy and bought it. A month later I still open the pantry or the dishwasher cautiously but they are NOT THERE! Thanks guys. I'll see you next summer.

Can't believe this stuff really worked! Immediately saw dead roaches outside... Haven't seen but a few inside which were dead since I used the treatment I highly recommend this product

This product was used instead of spray which I had been using. I own a 12 unit apartment building and have been pest control person these last several months after using an exterminator for 2 years. The product is working very well and the incidence of roaches is considerably less.

So Far this product is working good. I live in an appartment that had a lot of roaches. I placed the gel according to the instruction and after about a week there are much less roches around. I still see new dead ones every day and so I know the poision is working. This is a slower acting poision than others so I am waiting to see how many roaches will be present in about a month. I am pleased with this product and will probably be purchasing it again some time in the future.

I applied 2 whole tubes to all my house and in about 2 weeks the roaches were gone. My sofas were a major nest. I couldnt have ppl over cause it was embarrasing with the roaches everywhere. My two toddlers leave food and drinks everywhere so the house cant be kept completly clean but the gel still worked. At nite the kitchen floor used to be completly covered with the roaches. This stuff is worth every penny.

I tried it and the cockroach especially actually came out to get it but 3 weeks later I haven't seen any results. Going to try a different product.

You don't need to spend money on a terminator this will do the job.

I have been exterminating for almost 37 years. When this product came out probably 25 plus years ago it was a game changer. The reason they stopped making it was because the big pest control companies wouldn't buy it after realizing how well it worked and nobody would keep a contract after the roaches were gone. If you did a thorough treatment it only took 1-2 treatments to get rid of the roaches and they made the customers sign a 1 year contract.

The best stuff I have ever found to kill roaches. The house I live in was infested beyond belief. After putting down Maxforce I do not see any roaches and my problem is solved. Thank you for such a great product.

So far its not going good its been at least a week and I haven't seen progress. Also I tried to put some near a couple of roaches and they went up to it, smelled it and ran for dear life. So I dont know what will happen in using the max force gel, only time will tell

I haven't seen any changes since I use the treatment ,roaches still crawling, I haven't seen no dead roaches.

I've been fighting german roaches for almost 2 years, after I had to refloor my kitchen. I've tried everything! Finally found something that flat WORKS!! Thank you for a great product.

The item came on time but I really have a problem whether it is the original maxforce I use to buy. This maxforce is just like water, does not kill roaches, even when I put the roach inside the bait.

I have used the product and it didn't work my home is still infested so I will have to try another product because it did not kill anything. I am disappointed with the product.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the expected results. You have only been treating for a very short time. Moderate to heavy roach populations can take months to get rid of. Roach infestations do not build up quickly and they are usually not eliminated quickly. The Maxforce bait that you selected is a very slow acting product and it is not unusual to not see dead roaches because they often die in the same places that they nest and these places are usually inaccessible. Bait is a step in the right direction but roach control programs are a mix of the right insecticides, baits and non-chemical practices. Seems to work ok but alot of the "gel" comes out in a very wet liquid that runs even on a cold day. After that liquid comes out is has more of gel consistancy but is too runny for my likes.

didnt work as good as i thought. dont know if i brought the wrong one, but i have used max force before and it worked wonderfully. didnt have roaches for yars. now with this one i still se them

I live in a triplex. Someone moved in and brought friends with them. Roaches. After bombs and sprays by pro's with no relief I found maxforce bait through internet searching. It does take several months but with just me baiting my apt. it wiped out all signs of them through out the complex. Haven't seen any in 9 months.

Applied the product to the apartment only last week. Everything looked as advertised. It arrived on time. I just haven't had time to assess the product's effectiveness yet.
