Trimec 992 product label does not clarify that it will be completely safe to apply around junipers so we would not recommend this application. For broadleaf weed applications over junipers, we would suggest you apply Lontrel Turf and Ornamental. It is a selective post-emergent herbicide that controls certain broad-leaf weeds in turf and certain ornamental plantings, such as conifers and non-leguminous woody species, in landscapes and nurseries. It states on the product label that an over spray on junipers is tolerable.
