I know permethrin and Nylar can be combined in a dog dip. What would be the amount of nylar to put into permethrin dog dip mixture containing 8.5 oz of permethrin in 12.5 gallons water?

Martins IGR (Nylar 1.3%) is NOT labeled to be used on pets. You will use 8 fl. oz. of Martins Permethrin 10% per 12.5 gallons of water for dipping for fleas.
