I own apartment and motel complexes, and some of them have a bad pest problem of roaches/bed bugs.

What are the best sprays to tackle the situation? I have a pest control guy that comes once a month but he only sprays 10-15% of the rooms at each visit. With the money I spend with him I can buy 4x the insecticides and have my guys do it. Baits and gels might not be the best for me since I have daily guests that go in the room.

Answer:

We would recommend using Temprid SC. This is an amazing insecticide that is labeled for both bedbugs and roaches. You will use 8 mL per gallon of water. We would also recommend using Gentrol IGR. It is an insect growth regulator which is like a birth control for the roaches. You can mix these two together. Another good practice would be to use dust inside the wall voids. Delta Dust is a waterproof dust that works for up to eight months inside the wall voids. It will dry out the pests that are inside the wall voids. This is applied with a hand duster by taking off the light plates and wall sockets. We would recommend only doing a couple of puffs per hole. If the dust is too thick inside the wall voids, the bugs may not walk across it.
