Will this product be effective on Oystershell scale on Aspen Trees when applied as a bark spray?

Answer:

Yes, Zylam Liquid Systemic Insecticide is labeled for oystershell scale. For a bark application, you will use 16 fl. oz. of Zylam plus 1 fl. oz. of organosilicone surfactant. This will be added to a gallon of water. Do not apply more than 79 fl. oz. per acre per year. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
