Pendulum 3.3 EC is a pre-emergent herbicide that prevents weeds from emerging from seeds but is not labeled to control Bermuda grass at, in fact it is a product that is often used in Bermuda grass to control the weeds listed on the product label. There is no time period that should be observered before planting new plants, but you would be disturbing the barrier that Pendulum 3.3 EC created if used after application so it is generally used after planting or at the time of planting.
