    Q
I have St Augustine that have never been fertilized, should I change to Centipede?
This is an old lawn with dark spots where St Augustine used to be if I start spreading with Centipede will this hurt.
    A
You would not have to change to Centipede just because your St Augustine lawn was not well taken care of. St Augustine and Centipede are actually often seeded together so using the seed on your yard will not hurt anything.
