Bell's RODENT BAITER for mice is an economical plastic bait stations that hold dry and liquid bait and tracking powder. It fits flush against the wall allowing easy entry for rodents. It is not tamper-resistant. These sturdy black stations measure 5" x 3 1/2" x 1 3/4".Baits are not included.

The box is made of a very sturdy light weight black plastic and can hold block baits, pellet baits, as well as liquid baits and keep them fresh for long periods of time. I use this product for my Pest Control business. I use between 6-12 cases per month. Gina I am sorry you didn't know how to lock this simple device I never have a problem and never have to tape them shut. These are simple bait holders and NOT a tamper resistant station. Next time you make a purchase read up on it and call for advice before you leave a negative review. You are simply harming someone through your own ignorance.

The exterminator wants to charge $200 for boxes in house. I live alone with no kids or pets. Could I use these instead of kind with a key? They will be placed inside only.

Will it explode under heat and would it be safe?
The Rodent Baiter are not tamper resistant so if there is bait placed inside of it, a rodent can disturb the bait station and the bait could come out. We would recommend securing the bait stations the best way that you can.
The Rodent Baiter has not be known to explode in hot conditions. They are safe if used as directed.

The Mini T-Rex will not fit in the Rodent Baiter for Mice. It will fit in the Protecta Mouse Bait Station.

Unfortunately, rats would not be able to access the Rodent Baiter for Mice stations. The opening would only be large enough for mice, Should you need a station for rats (which will accomodate both mice and rats) we recommend the Rodent Baiter 2525 for Rats.
