Product Overview

OHP Decathlon 20 WP effectively helps eliminate crawling and flying insects on nursery and ornamental stock. It is a greenhouse and nursery insecticide that will provide extensive control of damaging pests. Decathlon can be used to eliminate armyworms, bagworms, mealybugs, mites, fungus gnats, gypsy moths and others. It will not cause staining or discoloration to any household surface. The product delivers a quick knockdown and has long lasting residual control. This insecticide is in a wettable powder form, and contains 20% Cyfluthrin.

Will OHP Decathlon 20 WP kill bed bugs?

OHP Decathlon 20 WP is only labeled for use in nurseries and greenhouses and is not labeled to treat for bed bugs.  We normally recommend treating with one of our bed bug kits to ensure that you will have all of the products necessary for a complete treatment, as well as the necessary follow-up treatments.  Which kit you choose will depend on the number of rooms that need to be treated.  Please take a look at our article on How To Get Rid Of Bed Bugs for more information.

The product label does allow you to retreat for active pest infestations as needed, but you should be cautious of possible phytotoxicity if the product is applied too heavily to sensitive plants.
