Product Information

This feeds the plant to promote strong roots and beautiful blooms, while protecting the plant against insect damage for up to 8 weeks. This is taken up by the roots and travels throughout the entire plant. New growth is protected against insects for up to 8 weeks. This works inside the plant so rain and water will not wash off the insect protection. This kills Adelgids, Aphids, Fungus gnats, Leafminers, Lace bugs, Leafhoppers, Mealybugs, Plant bugs, Psyllids, Soft Scales, Thrips (suppression), Whiteflies, and other listed insects. Apply every 8 weeks during the growing season to Roses, flowers and shrubs. 2 lbs. treats up to 16 medium sized Roses or shrubs.

Application Information: Roses, Shrubs, Flowers

Use this on Roses, shrubs, and plantings around homes and residential areas to control listed insects. For new plants, apply when planting. For established plants, use before pest damage occurs or immediately when seen. Repeat applications every 8 weeks during the growing season.

    Systemic Insecticide

    By Chuck on 04/27/2012

Fertilome Rose and Flower Food with Systemic Insecticide does wonders at controlling aphids on roses. I discovered this brand searching for an alternate to a similiar product which became too expensive. Use as directed.

Fertilome Rose & Flower Food with Systemic Insecticide

    By Chuck on 05/26/2013

I found this material as a substitute for a Bayer product which was especially expensive and the ingredients are the same. It stopped the worms that were chewing up my Texas Laurel bush and as an added bonus it is an excellent rose fertilizer that I use in moderation after pruning and during the growing season

    Good Price and Good Product

    By Earl on 11/23/2013

I ordered two bags of Fertilome Rose & Flower Food with Systemic Insecticide. It is hard to find locally. The last time I purchased this for our roses it was over twice as expensive. This was delivered (30 pounds) in several days right to my door. I have used this product for years. It is the only chemical product I put on my roses. It is all I have needed.
