Since Imidacloprid is the active ingredient in Merit 75 WP, can I use it for termites?

I read full label the active ingredient in Merit is Imidacloprid, same thing that supposly kills Termites but do not see it on the label?

Answer:

Merit 75 WP - 2 oz. does contain Imidacloprid which is also found in other products that are labeled for termites. Merit brand products are formulated and labeled for turf and ornamental applications, not for termite control. If you would like a product containing imidacloprid for termite treatment, then we suggest Dominion 2L.
