    Great for fire ant control

    By Roswellorganic on 05/22/2016

Have been very effective on fire ant control, 4 oz in 2 gallons of water to drench the mound, one application is all it takes. Must be used carefully as it will kill beneficials including bees. Not a problem if used for fire ants, but be careful if spraying blooming plants for caterpillars and other pests.

    Stuff really works

    By Cathryn on 07/10/2017

I was careful when applying, as we have honey bees. Applied late in evening so it would be dry in the morning when bees come out. All traces of non beneficial bugs gone. They have not returned! Did not affect our bees...that is a constant worry. Very happy with the service and fast shipping of Conserve insect control with SPINOSAD.

Haven't seen an ant since spraying

    By Louis on 05/19/2018

We had a problem with fire ants living underneath the straw mulch in our tomato patch. This made it dangerous for us to work in it. I sprayed heavily and we haven't seen any more ants, there. The spray, also, killed off a number (but not all) of insects living on the tomato leaves. The spray is surprisingly harmless to people considering how effective it is against ants. I would recommend it, strongly.

Q
Is it safe to eat lemons off of my tree after spraying it with Southern Ag Conserve Naturalyte Insect Control?

I just sprayed my lemon tree with Conserve Naturalyte Insect Control. My lemons will ripen in the next couple of days. I'm afraid if I pick them in a day or two that they will be harmful if consumed. Also, will it kill whiteflies, aphids and spider mites on citrus fruit trees?

A

Southern Ag Conserve Naturalyte Insect Control has a pre-harvest interval of one day after application for lemons. It is labeled for treatment of spider mites as directed along with Fire Ants, Caterpillars, Worms, Leafminers, Leafrollers, Thrips, Gall Midges, Leaf Feeding Beetles, Fruit Flies, Colorado Potato Beetle and Corn Earworms only.

How do I know the expiration date of Southern Ag Conserve Naturalyte that I received from you?

This product is a biological with an expiration date. No expiration date given on the bottles. Can you tell me what the expiration date is for Lot # 30615042? I will return the product and require a refund unless you can give me an accurate expiration date.

A

There are no set expiration dates for spinosad products such as Southern Ag Conserve Naturalyte Insect Control or other professional insecticide concentrates. We would recommend using within 3 years of purchase for the best results, and storing the product out of direct sunlight and in a temperate environment (avoid freezing or temperatures over 90 degrees). Q
Will Southern Ag Conserve Naturalyte Insect Control kill fleas?

Will this product work outdoors to control fleas. I dont want to poison the lizards and geckos

A

Per the Southern Ag Conserve Naturalyte Insect Control Product LabelCat Fleas (suppression only): Apply early or late in the day since control requires direct contact with the diluted spray before drying.Thorough coverage is necessary. Reapply in 7-14 days to control adults that have emerged from pupae present at the time of initial treatment. We would not recommend the Southern Ag Conserve for use for any flea control problems you may be currently experiencing in the lawn. If you are looking for a natural flea control product, EcoVia EC could be used.  As long as the geckos and lizards are out of the area while you are doing the actual application of either product it shouldn't effect them. You will most likely see a reduction in the gecko and lizard populations on your property though as you will be eliminating their food source (insects).
